Shipping Charges and Options

Standard shipping to addresses within the US, including military APO/FPO uses U.S. Postal Service. Shipping rates for all methods, including rush and priority mail, are calculated at the time you place your order and are real-time rates from the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If you have selected Rush Order Processing then your order will be processed and shipped the same day.

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped to AK, HI and PR.

Local Pickup

If you live in the San Diego, Oceanside and Camp Pendleton region then you can optionally pickup your online order in our store. Just complete your online order normally and proceed through the standard checkout process. During checkout you will be given the option to select "Local Pickup" instead of shipping charges. We will contact you with additional information as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Duty, Taxes, and Customs

If you live in Canada you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for further information.


Estimated Shipping Times

US Orders

Please allow 4 business days before your order is shipped.

Packages are shipped out on Monday through Friday. We do not ship packages on holidays or weekends.

Next Day:

All Next Day orders will be processed and shipped out quickly. That means you will receive your order on the next business day from the date it's shipped, by 5:00pm.

USA 2-3 Day:

All USA 2-3 Day orders received will be processed and shipped out quickly. Typically these packages take 2 days, however, the service guarantee is 3 days or less. When counting shipping days, do not include the day on which it is shipped.

APO / FPO:

All APO/FPO orders take approximately 7-10 business days to get to the Army Post Office. From our experience it typically takes 2 to 3 weeks for the Armed Forces postal office to deliver the package.

AK/HI/PR:

If you select ground shipping, your order will be shipped by US Post Office. These orders are delivered to the post office twice weekly and typically take 7-10 days to arrive. If you select OTHER US 2 Day service, your order will ship the same business day via Airborne or UPS. Next Day service is not available for AK/HI/PR destinations.

Canadian Orders

All Canadian order takes approximately 7-14 business days to reach the delivery destination.

Returns

To return an item, you must call us to get a return authorization number. Returns received without prior approval and a return authorization number will not be accepted. Due to the custom nature of our engraving and awards, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Your Return to Us

  • 1. Simply pack all items being returned securely in the original package if possible.
  • 2. Enclose a copy of the original packing list and the Return Form with the return merchandise. Be sure to keep the original packing list for your records.
  • 3. Ship the return package to:

When we receive and verify the return, we will refund your credit card account for the full amount, minus the shipping charges (unless it's our fault that you're returning the merchandise). If the item is an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping costs. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We guarantee your satisfaction with any purchase made from TheEngraversGallery.com. If you are not happy with all or part of your purchase at TheEngraversGallery.com, we will refund or credit your credit card account, or exchange the merchandise. Returns for custom engraved products due to incorrect information provided to us by the you at the time of ordering, are handled on a case-by-case situation and may not be accepted.
